Jean Pierre Bua orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that our shipping times are for reference only and start from the moment the package leaves our warehouse. All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15:XNUMX p.m. will be shipped the same day, those placed after this time, on holidays or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Jean Pierre Bua is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, failed payments or any other circumstance, although we will do our best to minimize any potential delay.

We will inform you if there are any exceptional delays in processing/exporting your order.

As we require a signature for all deliveries, we do not deliver to PO boxes or collection points.


If you buy before 14:XNUMX p.m. and your address belongs to Barcelona city, you have the option of receiving your order the same day. 


If you wish, you can pick up your order at our Avda Diagonal 469 bjs store in Barcelona

When purchasing, choose the “pick up in store” option and we will email you as soon as your order is available. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please do not stop by the store to pick up your order until you receive an email confirming that it is ready. Once you receive the mail, you can pick it up at our store from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.


After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. If we need additional information we will contact you.

We will keep you informed of the shipment tracking by the transport company and the estimated delivery date.


  • European Union customers
    For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, there are no customs charges. All prices include value added tax (VAT).

  • Customers outside the European Union
    For any order outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for customs charges and other possible taxes of the country of destination. As each country has its own tariffs, we cannot estimate your total amount. . We recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order. Please note that payment of these fees is required to clear your order from customs upon arrival.

UPS will contact you directly to arrange payment of customs charges and other possible taxes of the destination country. You can make the payment through bank transfer, cash or check.

For your security, credit card payments are processed through the system developed by the platform, so you may need to provide your security code on your bank's website.

In accordance with Spanish law, we must issue an invoice for purchases over €3.000. You will be asked for your passport number, the identification number (DNI/NIF) or the Fiscal Identification Code (CIF) of your company depending on the case.


The digital production of our website has been carried out in our facilities with the greatest effort and care. However, due to the different configurations for devices, we cannot guarantee that the color of the item corresponds exactly to the color that you see on a screen.

All products leaving our warehouse have been thoroughly checked and we aim to deliver each package in excellent condition. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at to find a suitable solution. We will arrange a return and process an exchange or full refund for the defective item.


Items for return must comply with our Returns Policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original tags and packaging.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in the brand's original box and protective bag and must be shipped in Jean Pierre Bua's protective box.

  • When trying on shoes, please be careful not to mark the soles or damage the box.

  • If the item has a Jean Pierre Bua security tag or brand tag, you must leave it in its original place.

Please be careful when trying on the pieces as, if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our Policy, it will not be accepted.
