1.general
These conditions of sale apply to any item purchased from Jean Pierre Bua, SA through the site www.jeanpierrebua.com (hereinafter "the Site") and the Client accepts them when confirming their order. Jean Pierre Bua may modify these Conditions of Sale at any time.
2. AVAILABILITY
All orders made through the Site are subject to their availability and acceptance by Jean Pierre Bua, and Jean Pierre Bua reserves the right to modify the range of articles presented on the Site and, in particular, may limit in each moment the number of items that a Customer can order in a single shopping session.

3. REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

4. PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS

5. PAYMENT METHODS

6. ORDERS
If you place an order through the Site, the Client must provide the personal information indicated, such as delivery address, billing address and information on the payment method. Jean Pierre Bua reserves the right to refuse, cancel and cancel orders at any time. Jean Pierre Bua may reject, cancel or cancel a Customer order if there is an unresolved pending conflict about the payment of a previous order or if he suspects that the Customer has carried out fraudulent activities or, where appropriate, has violated the provisions in these Conditions of Sale.

7. DELIVERY POLICY
Once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, Jean Pierre Bua will provide the Customer with a locator number with which to track the status of the order.
On delivery, it requires the signature of a person of legal age to confirm receipt of the order, after which the risk and responsibility for the Products purchased are transferred to the Customer. 8. RIGHT OF RETURN

Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in good condition, or that do not include the packaging in its original condition and the item's security label intact. Before proceeding to make a refund or exchange, the returns department will carefully verify that the returned items meet the necessary requirements.
In the event that a product is returned, the Customer is the only person entitled to receive the refund. Under no circumstances will the recipient of a gift be entitled to a refund.
Once we have accepted your return, the refund will be completed using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.
9. EXCHANGE POLICY
To make an exchange through the Site, the Customer must return the purchased item and place a new order. The return of the item to be exchanged will be governed by the return conditions specified above.
10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
